"I am an experienced motorcyclist, with 19 years and three Japanese rockets under my belt. After reluctantly selling my Honda CBR929 three years ago, I had been hungry for a bike, and it was time for the transition to a bigger, more leisurely ride.
I heard about the Rocket III from a friend, and did massive homework, then looked up the nearest dealer, Foothills. I drove down and rode the Rocket III and the Thunderbird, and immediately drove two blocks away and rode a Harley Road King and Fat Boy for comparison. The Triumphs triumphed, quite easily. I returned a week later and bought the Rocket.
The people at Foothills were as far and away better than the Harley folks as the machines they sold. As I said, I am a veteran rider, and I turn wrenches as well, and my confidence in the Rocket and in the Triumph brand were solidified by Wayne's expert answers, as broad or as deeply technical as I required. My experiences with Wayne and Matthew ensured that I will be a Foothills customer as long as they want me."

"I recently had my Triumph Speed Triple shipped to Colorado from Caifornia. The dealer in LA was completely incompetent. I needed my tuning re-mapped because I installed an aftermarket exhaust on my bike. My Speedy ran horrible after they worked on it. When I had it shipped to Denver I immediatlely brought it to Foothills Triumph to have them check the tune and look at other misc. problems. Foothills Triumph promptly diagnosed all the problems, informed me of their findings, and fixed everything for a reasonable price. The bike was ready for pickup the next day. They even threw in a replacement for my brokens lens cover @ no extra charge. Thanks to Mike, Kevin and all the expert mechanics at Foothills Triumph. My Speedy runs perfectly now! I highly recommend these guys if you ever need any repairs or maintainence."

"Two middle-aged women shopping for motorcycles. Some MC shops would just cringe to see us coming--either that or ignore us completely. Not Foothills! We were treated wonderfully, given all the info we asked for and then the info we needed. A test ride was taken and a couple of weeks later, a purchase made. Extra time was taken to make sure I felt comfortable with the components of the bike. I was made to feel part of the Foothills Family.....not a distant relative. Thanks Matt and Matthew. "As a new rider I had recently passed the MSF course and was looking for a good first bike. I had a short list of bikes that I was interested in. The Triumph Bonneville was at the top of my list. I went into Foothills BMW/Triumph to take a Bonneville for a test ride before trying some others. The bike was an absolute blast to ride. Matthew Morrison was very down to earth, no pressure and answered every question I had. I went to lunch, thought it over and went back and purchased my Bonneville.
Aside from how much I flat out liked the bike, the experience at the dealership was a big factor for me in my decision to purchase my Triumph from Foothills. I am very happy I did. "Thank you Mike and service team while I was out attending the 2009 AMA Women in Motorcycling Conference in Keystone. I decided to change my K75RT front tire before ascending into the mountains. An scheduled visit was worked in with no problem and the exact tire was in stock. While in the mountains my rear brake failed and Mike was helpful in determining replacement part and availability. Although I decided to ride home (yes, down the mountain) without the rear brake, it was nice to know there was a support team close by when needed.

"After selling my Goldwing a year ago I had been looking for another ride. After hearing about the Rocket 3 from a friend I started looking at it on the internet. While visiting my kids in Colorado, I looked up the nearest dealer just so I could get my first in person view of the Rocket. From the moment I walked in the door, my wife and I were given the attention we needed, our questions answered and a no haggle test ride. "I have had excellent assistance from Mike in parts.
I know my way around bikes, BMWs included. I usually know exactly what I want, or at least that a specific part exists. Whether I call or order in person, Mike always knows exactly what I'm talking about. In cases where I have "fuzzy" requests, Mike has been able to figure it out quickly and accurately. This almost never happens in other shops. I can't tell you how many times I have had parts people stare blankly or hunt up the wrong parts, or tell me something doesn't exist simply becaus ethey can't find it. So, I keep coming back to Mike because I know he won't waste my time and I'll get exactly what I need the FIRST time. I have no need for internet shopping any more!

"When I started shopping for my R1200GS I didn't have a lot of choices for local dealers- the closest dealer is over 200 miles away. I bought the bike through Louis, who was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but patient with me as I had many questions. "My overall experience in buying a new Triumph after a 35-year hiatus was extremely pleasant at this dealership. I researched the top 5 manufacturers and finally decided on the Bonneville. The final decision was influenced by a sense of quality service, teamwork and professionalism at this dealership. The sales personnel were not high pressure yet very knowledgeable about their product and patient in conveying it. One can easily tell that there is experience backing up the no-pressure sales information. My bike was delivered with utmost of care. While riding, a minor incident bent the gear shift lever making it dysfunctional. Enroute back to the dealer, I was expecting a long down-time and an expensive repair. Within ten minutes the bike was in the bay, diagnosed, fixed, test-ridden and given back to me at no charge. My mindset quickly changed from one of anger that the bike was damaged to one of amazement. The service people were extremely helpful, and I realized that this dealership is a quality operation; obviously, I had made the right choice when I bought the motorcycle from Foothills and I know that they will take good care of this bike for a long time to come. That is exactly what I was looking for in getting back into riding. Thanks Foothills."

"I was a bit frustrated with the slow delivery of parts for the P3 performance modifications on my 05 Triumph Bonneville T-100. Matthew Morrison said be patient it will be worth the wait. Matthew YOU WERE RIGHT!! The first time (post P3) I cranked it open leaving the shop I could immediately tell the difference. This bike is fantastic; it has superb handling and with the P3 modification it is a nice surprise for a lot of unsuspecting 11-1200cc machines. I especially like the 5-7K tach range. The only other modification I made is handlebar risers from GenMar manufacturing in NM.

"To Whom it May Concern;
I was touring in Colorado in August of 2003, and had a problem with the cooling system of my '03 K1200RS. I would wind up going to the BMW delaer in the north and battling them to repair the bike for over a day. They sent me out on a less than completely repaired bike out the door a day and a half later. On my way west to catch up with my touring partners, I stopped in Georgetown to try and contact them. When I parked the bike coolant began spewing out again (still). I phoned your shop, and spoke to the service manager who said you were busy, but if I could get there, he'd get me in.
I arrived a half hour before you opened the next day. Murray Crook, from your service department noticed I was bleeding coolant, and came to tell me as soon as he got the computers turned on he'd be out and check me in. Twenty minutes before the shop was even open, my bike was in the service bay. I was directed to your lounge, where I took advantage of you internet connection to book rooms for the remainder of our trip. I believe every employee that walked by asked if I had been taken care of, and told me to help myself to coffee. Within an hour, Murray came to find me and told me he had replaced the radiator cap with one from a wreck in the shop, as you did not have a replacement in stock. The bike had been tested, seemed fine, and I could go. I can not tell you how impressed I was with your staff, your shop, and Murray in particular. He was great.
I have written BMW North America to let them know the great experience I had at Foothills, and my great disappointment with my experience in Loveland. I got no responses from BMW North America, and quite honestly, I don't think they gave any of it much weight, but they should. One of the reasons I purchased BMW motorcycles is for the network of dealers, and the reputation for excellent service.
I am fortunate to have a shop in Iowa City, IA that I deal with that has the same type service as your dealership. I wanted to compliment your dealership for the way I was treated. I was very impressed, and if you ever need an unsolicited reference from a stranded traveler, I'm your guy. Thank you very much. I am sorry I was so tardy in writing this.
